How to contact us

  • Chat: Our AI assistant, Fin, is available 24/7 to assist you. If you’d like to speak to a human, simply request it in the chat! Click the chat button in the lower-right corner of the platform to get started. When human support is requested, our team will get back to you during office hours.

  • Email: Reach out to us anytime at help@worldfavor.com.

Note: We currently don’t offer phone or video support.
