Support languages

  • Bot support: Available in multiple languages, including:
    English, Swedish, Chinese (simplified), Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

  • Human support: Available in English or Swedish. Additional languages may be supported through AI translations.


Support hours

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:00 CET/CEST (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), excluding Swedish public holidays.

Our team will be unavailable on the following Swedish public holidays that fall on weekdays:
