Manage requests in Worldfavor

Learn how to view, track, and manage all stakeholder requests sent to your organization

Updated over a month ago

As an organization reporting data in Worldfavor, you can easily view, track, and manage all the requests sent to you by your stakeholders. This includes questionnaire requests, product mapping requests, and AI-screened data.

Where to find requests

There are two main areas where you can see your requests.

Dashboard

On the dashboard, all open requests appear under the To do list. If applicable, this list is divided into:

  • Questionnaire requests

  • Product mapping requests

Each request will display:

  • The name of the questionnaire or product

  • The stakeholder who sent the request

  • The deadline (if one has been set)

Manage requests

The Manage requests section contains three pages:

  • Screened requests: Shows requests where your organization has been AI screened based on public data. You can review and update this data by clicking Update. Any self-reported data you submit will override the screened data.

  • Received requests: Lists all requests sent directly to your organization, along with their current status.

  • All responses: Contains all submitted responses, including proactive reporting you may have completed without a direct request.

Frequently asked questions

What do the request statuses mean?

  • Requested: The stakeholder has sent you a request and is awaiting your response.

  • Draft: You have started but not yet submitted your response.

  • Responded: You have submitted your response, but it has not yet been reviewed by the stakeholder.

  • Approved: Your response has been reviewed and accepted by the stakeholder.*

  • Correction needed: The stakeholder has reviewed your response and requested changes or clarifications.*

  • Screened: The request contains AI-screened data that you can review and update if necessary.

* Not all stakeholders use the approval or correction process. In some cases, you may have submitted a response without it being marked as approved or needing corrections.

Can I reject a request?

At the moment, no. If you do not wish to respond to a request, you will need to contact the stakeholder who sent it and discuss it directly.
