To begin reporting or collecting ESG data in Worldfavor, you first need to register your organization. Follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
💡Tip! If you received an invitation from a stakeholder, use the invitation link in the email. This automatically connects your organization to the stakeholder's account, making ESG data sharing smoother.
Step-by-step instructions
Once logged in, click on the ‘Add organization’ button on the right side of the landing page to start the registration process.
Step 1 - Basic information
Fill in essential details about your organization, such as:

address

If you're unable to enter your full address, it's enough to provide the city and country. This information is used for mapping your organization’s location and for risk indices on the platform. Avoid using auto-fill, and enter the details manually.
Once completed, click Continue to proceed to step 2.
Step 2 - Enter a unique identifier
This step helps confirm that your organization is not already listed. Choose one of the following:
website
VAT number
registration number

If the system finds a possible match, you’ll see a list of similar organizations.
If you see your company, click its name and choose Request access.
You’ll get an invitation link once your request is reviewed and approved.
If no matches apply, click Create new organization to continue.
Once done, click Continue to move on to step 3.
Step 3 - Complete the registration
Add additional details about your organization, such as:
industry
number of employees
revenue (optional)

Finally, check the box that confirms the information is correct and that you agree to be listed as your organization’s public contact person.
Once done, click Submit to complete your organization’s registration.
What happens next?
If you used an invitation link or no duplicates were detected, your organization is approved instantly.
If your registration requires manual review, the process usually takes a few days. Our support team may contact you at help@worldfavor.com for additional information.
Once your organization is approved:
If the company you're reporting to has set up automatic send-outs, you will see one or more data requests appear in your dashboard right away.
If they are sending requests manually, you will receive a notification as soon as they send you the first request.

No problem! Once your organization is approved, you can update the information in your company configurations. Here are detailed instructions on how to make changes.
I was invited by a stakeholder but forgot to use the invitation link. What should I do?
If you forgot to use the invitation link, contact Worldfavor support and provide the name of the stakeholder that invited you. We can manually link you once your registration is approved.

An invitation link is a unique URL provided by Worldfavor customers. By using this link, your organization will be automatically linked to their account, streamlining ESG data collection and reporting.
I already have an organization on Worldfavor, and now I've received an invitation from a stakeholder. What should I do?
If your organization is already on Worldfavor and you receive an invitation from another stakeholder, simply follow the link provided. Once logged in, you'll have the option to add your existing organization to the stakeholder’s reporting list.
Why does Worldfavor ask for our company's revenue?
Certain regulations apply to companies above a specific revenue. By providing this information, Worldfavor can offer a more personalized platform experience. However, this information is not mandatory.
