To make sure you only see information that’s relevant to your organization’s setup, most help articles are available only to logged-in users. Some content is also specific to certain Worldfavor solutions (for example, Sustainable Sourcing or Transparency).
If you see a “restricted access” message:
Log in to your Worldfavor account to unlock all help articles.
Click the button below, then refresh the Help Desk once you’re logged in.If you’re already logged in but still can’t access an article, it might be specific to a different Worldfavor solution than the one your organization uses.
Once logged in, you can browse or search all available articles directly through the chat icon in the platform. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to our support team — we’re happy to help!
