Learn how login status and solution-specific permissions affect access to some help articles

Most help articles are restricted and can only be accessed when logged in to Worldfavor. Additionally, certain articles are available based on the solutions or plans associated with your account, ensuring relevant information reaches the right users.

If you see a restricted access message, first ensure youโ€™re logged in to your Worldfavor account. If the article remains inaccessible, it may be specific to a different Worldfavor solution (e.g., Sustainable Sourcing).

Once logged in, you can also browse all articles via the chat icon.
