Whether you’ve forgotten your password or just want to update it, this guide will walk you through both processes.
Reset your password
Follow these steps if you forgot your password
Step 1
Go to the log-in page and enter your email address. Then, click "Continue".
Step 2
Click on "Forgot password?".
Step 3
Enter your email again and click Continue. Check your inbox for a reset email from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com.

If you don’t receive the password reset email:
Try clicking Reset password again
Check your spam or junk folder
Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com
Still no email? Contact our support team by clicking the chat button in the lower-right corner or email help@worldfavor.com.
Step 4
Open the email and click Reset my password. The link is valid for five days.
Step 5
Enter your new password, then click Reset password. Your password must include:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0–9)
Special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*)
Step 6
You're all set. You can now log in with your new password.
Change your password
If you know your current password and want to update it
Step 1
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the platform and select Personal settings.
Step 2
Choose Change password.
Step 3
Enter your current password and your new one. Then click Submit. The new password must follow these requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0–9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
