How to reset or change your login credentials

Whether youโ€™ve forgotten your password or just want to update it, this guide will walk you through both processes.


Reset your password

Follow these steps if you forgot your password

Step 1

Go to the log-in page and enter your email address. Then, click "Continue".

Step 2
Click on "Forgot password?".

Step 3
Enter your email again and click Continue. Check your inbox for a reset email from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com.

Trouble receiving the reset email?

If you donโ€™t receive the password reset email:

  • Try clicking Reset password again

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com

  • Still no email? Contact our support team by clicking the chat button in the lower-right corner or email help@worldfavor.com.

Step 4
Open the email and click Reset my password. The link is valid for five days.

Step 5
Enter your new password, then click Reset password. Your password must include:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 3 of the following:

    • Lowercase letters (a-z)

    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)

    • Numbers (0โ€“9)

    • Special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*)

Step 6
You're all set. You can now log in with your new password.


Change your password

If you know your current password and want to update it

Step 1
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the platform and select Personal settings.

Step 2
Choose Change password.

Step 3
Enter your current password and your new one. Then click Submit. The new password must follow these requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 3 of the following:

    • Lowercase letters (a-z)

    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)

    • Numbers (0โ€“9)

    • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
