To access the Worldfavor platform, you first need to register a user account. This account lets you access one or more organizations and solutions within the platform.

Follow the steps below to create your Worldfavor user account.
Step 1 - Access Worldfavor
Navigate to app.worldfavor.com and click Sign up

If you are on worldfavor.com, Click Log in at the top-right corner, then select Worldfavor 2.0 – Sign up from the list.
💡 Bookmark the login page for easy access in the future.
Step 2 - Enter your email and create a secure password
Enter your email address and click Continue
Create a strong password that meets the following requirements:
A minimum of 8 characters
Includes at least three of the following:
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
Click Continue to proceed
Step 3 - Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com
Click the link in the email to verify your address and activate your account
❗ It may take a few minutes for the verification email to arrive, depending on your company’s email filters or network. This is normal.

If you haven’t received the email, try the following:
Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can sometimes be delayed.
Resend the email: If needed, click Resend verification email in the registration flow.
Check your spam/junk folder: The email may have been filtered.
Ask your IT team to allow Worldfavor emails: Ensure emails from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com aren’t blocked.
Contact Worldfavor Support: If the issue persists, we’re here to help.
❗ If you request the verification email multiple times, only the newest email contains the valid link.
Clicking a link from an older email may show an error such as: “Your email address could not be verified.”
To avoid this, always open the most recently received email.
Step 4 - Finalize your registration
Enter your name, job title, and any other required information
Review and accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy
Click Confirm to complete your registration
You’re now registered and ready to log in! Next, you can join an existing organization or create a new one.
