If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in just a few steps.
Step 1
Go to the log-in page and enter your email address. Then, click Continue.
Step 2
Click on Forgot password?.
Step 3
Enter your email again and click Continue. Check your inbox for a reset email from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com.
Step 4
Open the email and click Reset my password. The link is valid for five days.
Step 5
Enter your new password, then click Reset password. Your password must include:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0–9)
Special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*)
Step 6
You're all set. You can now log in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the reset email?
Try clicking Reset password again.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com.
Still no email? Contact our support team.
Make sure you’re using the email you registered with
If you signed up with firstname.lastname@company.com but try with firstname@company.com, the system won’t recognize you. Always use the exact email you registered with.Not registered yet?
