How to reset your password

Step 1

Go to the log-in page and enter your email address. Then, click "Continue".

Step 2
Click on "Forgot password?".

Step 3
Enter your email address and click "Continue". Check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 4
Open the email and click on "Reset my password". The link is valid for five days.

Step 5
Enter your new password and then click "Reset password". Your password must contain:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 3 of the following:

    • Lower case letters (a-z)

    • Upper case letters (A-Z)

    • Numbers (0-9)

    • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

Step 6
Done! You can now log in using your new password.

I have not received the email to reset my password, what should I do?

If you're not receiving the password reset email, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Try clicking "Reset password" again.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there.

  3. Contact your organization's IT support to ensure emails from noreply@mail.worldfavor.com aren't being blocked.
