Frequently asked questions
I don't have any requests under "To do". What should I do?
If your To do section is empty, it usually means:
You have completed all active requests, or
Your stakeholders haven’t sent you any requests yet
This is common if you’ve recently signed up and your stakeholder has not set up automatic send-outs.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as a new request becomes available.
