Worldfavor is a digital platform that helps organizations collect, manage, and share sustainability and ESG data. The Transparency solution is the part of Worldfavor used by organizations to report data to stakeholders.
If you have been invited to Worldfavor, it is because your stakeholder wants to collect sustainability information from your organization. This may be a customer, investor, business partner, or another organization you work with.
Worldfavor’s Transparency solution is free for invited organizations to use. You can also invite colleagues to help complete requests and manage your organization’s information.

Open the invitation
Your stakeholder sends you an invitation link to connect in Worldfavor. The invitation may be sent in one of two ways:
as a platform-generated invitation email from Worldfavor
as a direct email from your stakeholder
The email may therefore look different from the example below.

Ask your stakeholder to send you an invitation link. Using the invitation link helps connect your organization to your stakeholder automatically and usually allows you to get started faster.
Sign up or sign in
When you open the invitation link, you are taken to Worldfavor.
If you are new to Worldfavor, create a personal account first.
If you already have a personal Worldfavor account, sign in with your existing login details.
Your user account is personal. Your organization is the company you report on. One user account can have access to more than one organization.
Accept the invitation and create your organization
After signing up or signing in, you will see the invitation from the stakeholder. Select Connect to continue.
Next, add your organization information. In some cases, some information may already be pre-filled. When the information is correct, confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also confirm that you will be added as the organization’s public contact person.

If some information is already filled in, it is because your stakeholder added or enriched data before inviting you. Review the information carefully and edit it if needed before continuing.
When you click Continue, your organization is usually approved automatically. If a potential duplicate is found, the registration may be reviewed manually by our team.
Complete your setup
Once approved, you'll complete the setup by adding additional details such as:

registered address
You may also be able to add optional information, such as:
number of employees
revenue
Some information may also be pre-filled here. Review it carefully and update it if needed before continuing.

When everything is filled in, click Save.
View your dashboard
When setup is complete and your organization is approved, you will land on your dashboard, where you can find requests, assessment results, guides, and other actions related to your reporting.
If your stakeholder uses automatic send-outs, you may see requests on your dashboard immediately after approval. If not, you will be notified when a request is sent to you. Contact your stakeholder if you have questions about when requests will appear.
